Prime Auto Solutions provides professional mobile vehicle software and diagnostic services including ECU remapping, gearbox tuning, EGR solutions, DPF solutions, AdBlue solutions, diagnostics and related automotive software services.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their vehicle is in satisfactory mechanical condition before any software modification is carried out.

Any known faults, warning lights, drivability concerns or previous modifications should be disclosed before work begins.

Software modifications may reveal existing mechanical or electrical faults that were previously hidden or not immediately noticeable.

Diagnostic checks are intended to identify obvious or electronically detectable faults and do not constitute a comprehensive mechanical inspection.

Prime Auto Solutions reserves the right to decline work on any vehicle deemed unsuitable for the requested service.

Any quoted improvements in power, torque, drivability, responsiveness or fuel economy are estimates only.

Actual results will vary depending on vehicle condition, maintenance history, fuel quality, environmental conditions and driving style. Specific performance or fuel economy improvements cannot be guaranteed.

Prime Auto Solutions stands behind the quality and integrity of the software we install.

Should a software-related issue arise as a direct result of our installation or programming, we will investigate the concern and, where appropriate, rectify the software.

Our software warranty applies only to software supplied and installed by Prime Auto Solutions.

It does not cover mechanical failures, electrical faults unrelated to our software, normal wear and tear, poor maintenance, pre-existing defects or vehicles that have been modified by a third party after our work has been completed.

Software modifications may affect a manufacturer's warranty depending on the manufacturer, vehicle model and the nature of any future warranty claim.

In our experience, software modifications are not generally identified during routine servicing. However, a manufacturer or authorised dealer may identify software modifications during a detailed investigation following a mechanical failure or warranty claim.

Prime Auto Solutions cannot determine or guarantee how a manufacturer or dealer will assess any warranty claim, as these decisions remain solely at their discretion.

Customers are encouraged to consider this information before proceeding with any software modification.

Prime Auto Solutions is not responsible for faults, failures or damage resulting from poor maintenance, component wear, pre-existing defects, undisclosed vehicle issues, misuse or circumstances beyond our control.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of vehicle use, towing costs, recovery costs or loss of income, except where required by applicable law.

As a mobile service provider, follow-up diagnostics, software revisions, troubleshooting or restoration work will be arranged directly with the Customer.

Additional travel or call-out charges may apply where applicable.

Should you request your vehicle to be returned to its original software configuration after the service has been completed, this service may be carried out at an additional charge.

The original service remains chargeable and is not refundable.

A booking deposit may be required to secure an appointment and will be deducted from the final invoice.

Where inaccurate information prevents the booked work from proceeding, the deposit may be retained to cover time, travel and associated costs.

Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due upon completion of the service.

Prime Auto Solutions may occasionally photograph or record vehicles for use on our website and social media platforms.

Customers who do not wish their vehicle to be featured should notify us before work commences.
